1. Payment Terms
We accept secure payments via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other digital payment platforms as offered at checkout.
All prices are listed in USD, and applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Additional fees, such as shipping or handling, will be clearly displayed prior to finalizing your purchase.
2. Shipping and Delivery
For Physical Sketches:
Orders are typically processed within [5] business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
For Digital Sketches/Downloads:
Upon successful payment, digital products will be delivered via email or download link. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate software to view or print digital files.
3. Refunds and Returns
Physical Products:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, only if the item is damaged. Please contact us at jason@jasonjnicholas.com with photos and a description of the issue. You may be responsible for return shipping.
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
4. Intellectual Property
All sketches, designs, and images sold or displayed on this website are original works by Jason Fine Art and Design Studio LLC and are protected by copyright. By purchasing a product, you are granted a personal license to own and enjoy the artwork. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information at checkout, including your shipping address and email. For digital purchases, you are responsible for maintaining a secure and compatible device to access the files.
6. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. This includes but is not limited to shipping delays, technical failures, or loss of digital files after delivery.
7. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information (such as your name, email, and address) solely for order processing and communication purposes.
